All the qualifications and education a builder can demonstrate mean nothing if their subcontractors can’t produce quality products. If I had one piece of advice for prospective home buys or folks looking at a large remodeling project it’s make sure you pay as much if not more attention to the builder’s subcontractors as you do the builder themselves.”
